18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

No image published on sxtgram depicts, and this site does not host, sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2). The record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 apply to depictions of that conduct and therefore do not attach to the material published here.

There are TWO DIFFERENT populations on this site and the honest statement differs for each, so both are set out rather than averaged into one sentence.

The creators sxtgram works with directly: every person depicted in this site's own imagery is a real adult who was at least 18 years of age when that imagery was produced, and who agreed to appear here.

The DIRECTORY of creators who take messages on Telegram is a different thing, described plainly: it is compiled from public Telegram and Telescope accounts, and the people in it were not asked first. Each listing holds a name, a public handle, whether that handle answered when we last opened it, the date we opened it, and — where there is one — one public profile picture, at an address on Telescope's image CDN. No other image of her is shown, and the only thing this site's database holds is that address and the date we read it.

What happens to that one file, stated exactly, because a vaguer sentence here would be the one quoted back at us. The address is Telescope's. The file is fetched from it by this site's own image optimiser, re-encoded for the page, cached on this site's infrastructure, and delivered to the visitor from this domain rather than from Telescope. So a copy of that one picture does exist here while it is cached — it is not a repository file, not an upload, and not something anyone here chose frame by frame, but it is a copy and calling it a hotlink would be false. Nothing here is offered to image search in either case: every page is served with X-Robots-Tag: noimageindex and the sitemap advertises no images at all.

Anyone listed can remove their own listing in one press from the link on their page, or through the removal form, and the picture leaves every page in the same press. The optimiser's cached copy of it expires on its own shortly afterwards: Telescope serves these pictures with a two-day cache lifetime and the optimiser keeps a derivative no longer than that, so 48 hours is the outer bound. A removal is permanent: the name is added to a block list the database checks, so no later import can re-publish it.

sxtgram is a directory: no video, no audio and no private material is hosted on this site. Conversations and any media within them take place on Telegram, under Telegram's own terms.
